Information you provide: When you register for the webinar, create an account, or purchase the programme, we collect your first name, email address, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe - we do not store card details). If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence.

Information collected automatically: When you visit our website, we automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and time spent on pages. We also use cookies and similar tracking technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors interact with our site and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide you with access to the Infinite Awareness programme and its features.
• To send you the webinar link and any follow-up emails you have opted in to receive.
• To process payments and manage your account.

• Resend - transactional email delivery (account confirmations, programme reminders).

7. How long we keep your data

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter in case you wish to return to the programme. Purchase records are retained for seven years to comply with UK financial record-keeping requirements. Email marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe.
