Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Infinite Awareness ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at www.infiniteawareness.online and the associated webinar registration page at ghl.infiniteawareness.online. We are the data controller responsible for your personal information. If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, you can contact us at [email protected].
2. What information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us and information collected automatically when you use our services.
Information you provide: When you register for the webinar, create an account, or purchase the programme, we collect your first name, email address, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe - we do not store card details). If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence.
Information collected automatically: When you visit our website, we automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and time spent on pages. We also use cookies and similar tracking technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors interact with our site and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide you with access to the Infinite Awareness programme and its features.
- To send you the webinar link and any follow-up emails you have opted in to receive.
- To process payments and manage your account.
- To send you programme reminders, session prompts, and relevant updates about the programme (you may unsubscribe at any time).
- To measure and improve the performance of our Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns via the Meta Conversions API and Meta Pixel.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
4. Legal basis for processing (UK GDPR)
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), we process your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Contract: Processing necessary to deliver the programme you have purchased or registered for.
- Legitimate interests: Measuring advertising effectiveness and improving our services, where this does not override your rights.
- Consent: Sending marketing emails, where you have opted in. You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email.
- Legal obligation: Where we are required to process data to comply with applicable law.
5. Cookies and the Meta Pixel
Our website uses cookies - small text files stored on your device - to improve your experience and to measure the performance of our advertising. Specifically, we use the Meta Pixel, a piece of code provided by Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), which allows us to understand actions taken on our website and to show our ads to people who are likely to be interested in our programme.
The Meta Pixel may collect your IP address, browser information, and information about pages you visit. This data is shared with Meta in hashed (anonymised) form. We also use Meta's Conversions API to send purchase event data directly from our server to Meta, which helps us measure the effectiveness of our advertising even when browser-based tracking is limited.
You can opt out of Meta's use of your data for advertising purposes by visiting facebook.com/ads/preferences. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.
6. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the following trusted third-party service providers who process it on our behalf:
- Stripe - payment processing. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook / Instagram) - advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
- GoHighLevel - webinar registration, email delivery, and CRM.
- Resend - transactional email delivery (account confirmations, programme reminders).
All third-party providers are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection law and our instructions.
7. How long we keep your data
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter in case you wish to return to the programme. Purchase records are retained for seven years to comply with UK financial record-keeping requirements. Email marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification: You can ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure: You can ask us to delete your data, subject to certain legal exceptions.
- Right to restrict processing: You can ask us to limit how we use your data.
- Right to data portability: You can request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to object: You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing.
- Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, please email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
9. Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant.
10. International transfers
Some of our third-party service providers are based outside the UK. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
11. Children's privacy
Our programme is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
13. Contact us
